Your teachers need help, but sometimes your school or district’s IT staff does not have the time to take Tier 1 calls from teachers or have the expertise in a new solution. As an end-to-end education technology partner, Abtech is there for your school or district long after the solution is delivered and installed. Our post-implementation services and help desk are there to support your IT staff in either solutions that Abtech has deployed or for solutions already in place.

Users of our help desk speak to a domestic, highly trained individual for computer support issues; in fact, 60 – 80% of issues are resolved within 10 minutes of the call. We offer full support ticket reporting from real-time database and routine formal reporting monthly or as agreed upon.
