Utilizing SATA disk drives, the 4700 series allows customers to lower their cost per GB of storage. SATA technology combined with our StorView software technology provides a common interface and continuous investment protection. By taking advantage of an advanced Sub-Array Support of RAID 10 and RAID 50 data protection, higher levels of performance are maintained and faster rebuilds are ensured.
